Job Description

As a damage assessor at Pierre Billackering AB, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our damage repair processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be the hub between customers, our workshops, and other departments.

Your main tasks include:

Handle damage estimates: Carefully review and check estimates in Cabas, manage additions and charges.
Plan and organize in Cabplan, which requires a good ability to structure and prioritize.
Administration: Responsible for handling delivery notes, invoices, and other documentation.
Communication: Be a secure and reliable contact for both customers and our departments via phone and email, contributing to creating a positive customer experience.

You will work closely with four experienced and dedicated colleagues. Together, you plan and organize the work to meet our high goals.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a strong sense of service and structure. You have a passion for problem-solving, are communicative, and enjoy working in a varied and dynamic role.

To succeed in the role, you need:

Solid experience and knowledge of the Cabas damage estimation program.
Good skills in the Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Proficiency in Swedish in both speech and writing to communicate with customers and colleagues in a professional manner.

Extra merit if you have:

Cab CVDA certification.
Previous experience in the car, sheet metal, or painting industry.
Experience working in Cabplan.
Driver's license B.
